When you have little else to chose from , homebase answers many questions, prefer looking here and buying elsewhere
Would give it a5* but it tock me ages to find what i wanted as all the packages were mixed up. I do love homebase, but i think they need to sort there stock out.on a positive note though, if you ask for advise on something, they are very helpful.
Good selection of stuff. Friendly staff. But a lot of missing labels or wrong labels on products.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. My order was messed up when reserving online, but the staff replaced the item with an even more expensive item. My gripe with this store is that aisles could be a bit more informative (signs) in order to find things. Although the staff when asked will take you to what you need.
Thank goodness this place is getting back to what it used to be. Next time it will be 5 stars. Lovely staff in Andover. Very helpful. I want to shop here and do regularly so if anyone is reading this don't close PLEASE.
