This is my local store, and has got worse for service over time. They seem to run out of all bags to pack your shopping into, until your at the checkout your none the wiser, this has happened on numerous occasions in the past couple of months. If you need the kiosk for any reason, be prepared to wait for a while, theres only ever 1 person serving even when there's a long queue. To make matters worse there always seem to be 2 or 3 members of staff stood by the assistance area behind the checkouts. They can see the kiosk is busy but always seem reluctant to get behind the till to assist to reduce the queues. I've shopped in a few as da stores as I travel a lot and can honestly say this is the worst. After yesterday with no bags, I left my shopping and will now do my shopping in another store from now on who don't seem to have these problems.
Just after 10.00 am - Friday 1 February.Wanted to post NO STARS. Not an option. Delivery cancelled due to snow. Not informed until after scheduled time but I notice Tesco, UPS and other rather more professional delivery services including buses are running from Andover to Whitchurch. This is poor service. Switching to Waitrose.
Lovely big supermarket was a bit crazy as it was Christmas time but staff could not help me anymore when I was looking for items keep up the good work guys!

Quite a large store with plenty to choose from. The cafe upstairs is nice and reasonable in price, toilets available as well. They also do home ware and clothes upstairs.
